Our lives started in the beautiful Galicia, Spain. The sea, the fresh food, the passion. The Octopus is the national dish there, which is why we have it in our logo. A tribute to a beautiful region.
+ Family
Our love for cooking and food came from our Grandmother. Family would travel far to join together and enjoy my grandma's food. Since then, food has been our lives.
+ Food
To see the joy on someones face when they try our food is what makes food so special. Hitting all the senses.
JOSE.
He tells everyone the Octopus is the national dish of Galicia and that is why it is in their logo. Really, he cooks like he has 8 arms, able to serve 130 covers for Sunday lunch, on his own, blindfolded. Also a keen gym goer (he likes skinny, mocha choca, latte with chocolate on top they serve), he is so strong, he once woke up and realised he was bench pressing the bed in his sleep.
LEWIS.
Now stronger than his brother having recently over taken him in the gym. He can switch from fuel mode (blueberries and potato on the same plate if needed), to whipping up a culinary delight. As you can tell from the picture, he often has to show Jose how to cook.
FAMILIA.
Now you have met the chuckle brothers here is the glue that holds it all together. The Familia, from managing front of house, to prepping and pot wash. Chloe and the rest of the Tapas Hermanos Catering family keep the brothers in check (and put up with Jose's super strength).
